FlyingBear -> [PARTIALLY FIXED B804] Sluggish UI response in 1.11 (3/19/2016 6:16:40 PM)

It seems to me the UI response is sluggish in 1.11 compared to previous releases. E.g.:
- Clicking start/resume seems to take almost a second to respond
- Windows popping up, such as the mission editor, take more than half a second to pop up
- The elevation number in the cursor data box takes a second to update
It is certainly still playable, but it just gives a sluggish feel to the simulation that was not there before. Not sure if this is some intentional performance tradeoff you made for 1.11 or if it is unintentional?
Not sure if a save would help here, but here is one just in case.
