I installed new OS on SSD and lost my Matrix/Slitherine games.
I have emailed supportplimus and created a helpdesk ticket for Matrix and as of yet I only able to download one.
How long does this take?
I have a year old WITPAE running as well as a three month WITW game running. I have the saved games available, just need the game.
I apologize if this is not the correct forum, but I am getting a little impatient.
Any help would be appreciated.

We (Slitherine and Matrix) work to GMT and always aim to respond to helpdesk tickets within 24 hours.

Anyway, I've just emailed you the download links.

I asked last month for a new link on download and it came to me the next day. Very nice service. By the way, make sure you register the games, copy and paste the serial numbers in the email and it's real quick.

Almost done with Soviet Corps, I just love the system of Panzer Korps
