Is the following correct: Should Assault Fire capability be available for the Russian Engineer and 1st Line squads and not the Russian Guards SMG and 1st Line SMG squads as shown in the image below?

The Engineers is correct but the Assault Fire should also be available for the 1st Line SMG and NOT for the 1st Line. I will address this in the UPDATE 1 coming up around end of the month.
