Same problem here, left click's fine, right click's dead.
I've been using touchmousepointer (all one word) to use the touchscreen trackpad style, works really really well, can post a config file for it if you need that'll get you started. Fullscreen mode works best.
If the right-click problem did get fixed I better ask for (optional??) map scrolling buttons, even when I'm using a mouse I can't stand edge scrolling maps, especially without any sensitivity options :)
