DeSade -> [FIXED B811] SAG assigned to Sea Control mission doesn't fire SAM in self defence (4/6/2016 8:22:01 PM)

If you load attached save and run it, you will see that FFG SAG is ignoring incoming missiles and is sunk without any resistance. However, if you unassign it from sea control mission, it will defend normally.

This behavior is new to 1.11 (last tested in B810), sorry for not reported it earlier, but I tried first without success to reproduce it in clean scenario. I suspect that it could be due to some non standard combination of Doctrine/WRA settings I applied to that particular setup, but none should have such effect (or I'm missing something I didn't think of).

On a side note, while on the sea control mission, SAG refuses also to shot on overflying enemy planes, although doctrine engage opportunity targets is enabled. It could be WAD, just please confirm.

It seems to have something to do with the prosecution area, when you remove it the ships defend themselves.

ahh, brilliant find :) still, it shouldn't effect self defense tho?
