If two opposing BGs move or attack head-on using the same map connection, the faster one should interrupt the slower one, yes. However, the execution order does get complicated in LSA with stacked BGs and the possibility of multiple connections between the same two maps. So without loading the mod and looking at all the data, I can't say for certain what's happening in your case. If you can show a case where this happens in the stock game I can certainly make a bug report for it -- should be something you can set up in the scenario editor fairly quickly. Steve
