Since I have not played Wite for about three years and opened it again a couple weeks ago I noticed that when you click on HQ unit so on the right vertical panel comes the short description and near HQ commander comes some number.For example 6th Army Reichenau 6.1 . What does this 6.1 means?

I found a new option in Axis production screen. City build forts 100% If I set it to zero for 100AP what benefits could be gained?

How many AA units could attached to a captured city 6 or more? And will they partcipate in combat if city will be attacked?

If FBD unit will be reassigned to OKH will it decrease his railbuilding capacity or not?

My understanding is that the 6.1 is the average of the leaders scores for Admin, Morale, etc.
