trujillocorreo -> [FIXED B819] List ojbetivos lost in attack missions, build 818 (4/19/2016 2:42:49 PM)

Hi.

As I have described in the thread: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=4052638 inactive attack missions, specifically those involving the attack of bridges, change the initial position of the enemy attacked when loading stage. Now to build 818 should fix the bug, but has generated another, which does not keep the objectives set in the list of attack of the mission, why missions inactive attack created are no objectives assigned when loading stage.

Greetings.

Sorry, I find it a bit hard to understand what you describe ;)

Are you saying that when you create a Strike mission and assign a target to it and then save and reload the mission the target has been removed from the Strike mission target list? If yes, I have tried it and it works in B818. I did a Strike mission for CM 54 to attack PC 13 Indepedencia, saved it and it worked after I had reloaded the scen.

I think he means when you create an inactive mission then you change it to active, the attack objectives disappear and are not in the mission objective window anymore..

Is that correct seamen?

Gizzmoe -> RE: List ojbetivos lost in attack missions, build 818 (4/19/2016 3:34:13 PM)

Yeah, that seems to be what he meant! :) It indeed clears the target list then after a reload.

Can you try B818, it may have been fixed there.

Thanks [8D]

HELLO GIZZMOE

The bug is only present in inactive attack missions A/G.
Try editing mode allocate land targets to attack missions A/G (example: CACOM1, Cacom 3, CARTAGENA ...) When recharging the file objectives disappear from the window of the mission objectives.

Gizzmoe -> RE: List ojbetivos lost in attack missions, build 818 (4/19/2016 3:38:17 PM)

I have tried it with B818, the target list is empty after reloading.

I haven't tested it with A/G, but what you describe happens with a Maritime Strike mission as well.

Yes, in Maritime Strike as well! I tested now. Thank you

Thanks, fixed B819 [8D]

Kitchens Sink -> RE: List ojbetivos lost in attack missions, build 818 (4/20/2016 11:02:24 PM)

Emsoy, will the target lists be re-constituted in Build 819...or will scenario authors need to re-enter target lists for strikes? I notice all my target lists are empty now for delayed strikes in 3 different scenarios I wrote or was working on.

Thanks!

ComDev -> RE: List ojbetivos lost in attack missions, build 818 (4/21/2016 5:10:20 AM)

If the scenarios were saved with Pre-B818 versions the target lists should be fine. The bug happened on load, not save [8D]
