Against the AI I use 90 German (100 for morale), 120 Soviet. Not the same experience as head to head but challenging if you restrain yourself from pocketing too many units. The AI always leaves itself open to the deep right hook and 90 units in the huge Leningrad packet thus formed. Of course, my loathing for standard blizzard rule is so intense, I never play with it. Since the AI does not know about the mild blizzard rule, you cannot go much past January before the AI falls apart completely making stupid attacks that only make sense in the baizarro standard blizzard universe.
