Here's the DxDiag file along with a screen shot showing the size of the H3 3.6.3 window along with the Harpoon.ini file from the directory. All of the other Harpoon versions came with some sort of configuration tool that allowed me to set the window size to match my screen but all I can find for 3.6.3 is the ini file with it's limited choices. Change the file extension from txt to zip and you should be good.

only thing i can find on windows sizing is this thread on the subject

http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=2614604

apart from that, try another size and res or try one which works best for you in windowed mode for now until i find out who else has a better answer on this one, as i'm just a volunteer and not full staff so don't have access to all data regarding it tbh[:(]

Hello, mate
Thanks for this testing and stepways for installation.

I personally still play Harpoon classic (I never really liked H3, too dark a UI)on my new Win10x64.

The problem is the scenario editor is unuseable, and MS seems to not want to open the DB editor.

What I do is that I have a very old laptop still running on win7x32 that I keep of the internet, that I use to fiddle with the data and build scenarii with, and then put that in a USB dirver and transfer on my maine PC. It's a hassle, but it works....

I'm interessted in Command but I have 2 problems:
1) Aside from the pro edition which I don't know how to buy, the rest does not permit me to fiddle with the data to suit my needs (like taking off past/never produced units and giving that memory space to real units not in the database).
2) I just did on steam an evaluation of what would cost me the complete game (with all extensions/DLCs, and it came up to 166€.... kind of hard for my meager means.

H2002 runs fine on win10, and the power of new computers allows for bigger scenarii... the only problem with my double PC set up is that if I want to build a big scenario, I have to do it in one go, as my win7 PC will crash if I open too big a file.

A wir galon / very cordially

EDIT: I just downloaded the 2015 update for the game, and my PC seems to now understand what the scenario editor is and runs it and MS access opens the data editor, but on a right click plus choose program, not on a left click and it's still buggy.... trials have still to be done, Ill keep you posted

Then get Command and its DLC´s on a sale, like now for example.
