How do a) orchards b) brush c) grainfields interact with non same level firers. Are they completely ignored for hindrance purposes? eg firer on Level 1 fires at target on Level 0. There are 3 intervening orchards/brush/grainfields at level 0, what is the hindrance DRM? Does it make a difference if the target is immediately behind the hindrance hex or in the hindrance hex?
