(playing 1.08.09, PBEM)

I must be missing something...

I'm the Soviet player and I have partisans running around, sucking up valuable food. And I don't see them making any attacks (nothing in the battle list on map or in commander report)

Then my opponent mentions how my partisans cut his rail for AGS causing a major inconvenience. Great I say, but I can find no evidence that it happened, except after meticulously inspecting his rail line until I find a break.

It would be nice to know/see what my partisans are actually doing. Am I missing it?

thanks,

Open the battle view and look for Result that says partisan.

To make this work, Set Li transports and some bombers to night mission mode (not sure if both works) so that the AI ships supplies out to partisans.
No supplies, no attacks.
The "transports used to be required to sit in VVS type bases.
I'm not sure if this is still true.

Thanks. I see all the supply drops, that is working fine. But I don't see any partisan attacks in the list and my opponent tells me it happened in his last turn.

I know as the German player I can see the partisan attacks. But so far I don't see my own attacks on him as soviet player.

Are you sure you had any last turn. They ALWAYS show up.

My opponent says there was an attack, I don't think he is lying. I can also see the broken rail when inspecting the hex, again he isn't wrong/lying.

The attack(s) don't show up in the battle report when I view them, or on the map. All the supply drops do.

So something isn't working right in my case.
