This is the second time under 1.08.10 I have had a tank division start with no fuel for no reason I can see.

This is possible if the HQ they are assigned to is isolated. This is a known problem of the supply system and one that isn't easy to fix.

Thanks, that may be the cause. Good to know that these units need to be reassigned immediately to avoid the risk.
