Changing stars in Galaxy Map

Is there any way to change the way the stars look in the Galaxy map, so that they don't flash and they all are the same color(white) ? Wish i could show examples,but i cant link anything for first 7 days. N

I believe you can change the color of the stars in these folders.... but not sure about the flashing Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Distant Worlds Universe\images\environment\mapstars\mainsequence
