Kitchens Sink -> [FIXED B829] Unit Damaged Event not firing if Unit is Immediately Destroyed (6/4/2016 12:58:11 AM)

I am using v1.11 Build 825. Saved Test game attached. Noticed this issue when improving a larger scenario. A B-52 and a small patrol boat are getting ready to attack 2 different targets belonging to a Neutral side. I have set up a recurring event to fire a message if a Neutral ship receives damage exceeding 1% Threshold. The patrol boat starts attacking one of the neutrals with it's Bofors, and the message fires. It sinks the neutral fishing boat after a few rounds. The B-52 attacks the other target with Harpoon and immediately destroys it, no message fired. It seems that if a unit is immediately destroyed with a large weapon, a Damage Event will not fire. Is this WAD? Thanks!
