I ordered TotH some time ago, and i dont know where to go in order to track my purchase, Someone know where to go....moderators i'm mostly looking at you guy(s)

understand your frustration Kayeldee , but from my experience an e-mail to support resulted in the game being
reshipped . There was no argument from matrix , just we will post again [:)].
The postal system may be the problem , but I believe Matrix has the customer`s interest first .
Quick rundown on my experience, ordered the game , 6 weeks later (Australia) , no game arrived .
An e-mail to matrix ,game reshipped .
A few more weeks later it arrived [:)]
No problems with Matrix , just the link between them posting it and it arriving seems to be a bit cloudy[:)]

i tried to download it, but i got a "FAILED NETWORK" message and lost the download and if theres a link for restarting, I couldnt see it, but honestly, my connection is so lame that it will take a tremendously long time...but anyway, I'd give downloading it another shot if someone would let me know how.

good news...i got my downloaded complete and installed and I'm ready to go

bad news: i get the doesn't support my res setting which is weird, because my res is on the list any way it becoming a real pain
