duplicate install

I realized that after redeeming the steam key I have a duplicate install, so is it ok to completely uninstall the original install under Matrix games while keeping only the one under ''Steam/Steam apps/Common''?

Sure. Save any custom files under scenarios, imports and if you installed images you may want to save those as well. Mike
