Thanks Gunner!

I've followed your advice and I'm enjoying the scenario even more, getting better results (even if I had to give up on defending Key West)
A few random observation after a few hours of gameplay:

*SPOILER ALERT*

- I'd like to join the suggestion made before that Cubans fighters should be instructed to stay clear of GTMO air defences, unless they're part of a ground strike. I've scored a dozen of easy kills in the first hour, but I'm not sure if they were actually trying to bomb me.

- I'm not sure if that was intended, but the first wave of bombers going for Panama didn't have any air cover. They draw fire from my CAP and got slaughtered but the following waves had cover and managed to hit me hard on the ground and to shot down a few planes too. [:(] That was nicely done!

-The Colombians launched some air strikes against Nicaragua, but the A-37 didn't have enough fuel and crashed just before reaching target...I'm quite sure that wasn't WAD. The second flight of A-27 reached the target without problems and accomplished the mission.

-Something's wrong with the land assault on GTMO. The Cubans land units ignored my air and ground forces and raced toward the airfield. It was a boring turkey shot for me, even if they had enough firepower to be a serious challenge. On a side note, it seems that my Mech TOW Pl is unable to fire...maybe it's missing some sensors?

Thanks again, more will come in the next days/weeks!

Thanks Trueknight

I look forward to the follow on reports. I'll add your points to the fix list.
