The vehicle is important, but not nearly as important as the men and women behind them. Give me a super LoD .308 sniping rifle, ultra-tech camo, facepaint, any and all cool gear you want for the ultimate sniper... then give a Marine Scout-Sniper the cheapest .220 Swift rifle you can find at Wal-Mart and no clothes and tell us both to kill the same target. I bet you 1,000 to 1 odds the Marine will do it faster, better, cleaner, and quieter than I will, and he'll get out alive too. The Nazi hierarchy made it difficult for good leaders to rise into leadership roles, and this surfaced more and more as the years passed on. Experience and Training can do a lot, but when you add Talent to the mix... nothing can compare to that.
