Mumdaan -> Couple questions regarding 5.0 (5/8/2001 2:44:00 AM)

D/L'd and installed 4.5 -> 5.0
First, i can only start the game using the spwaw.exe file directly.. the menu refuses to display on my machine. i get a mini, active program bar but no accompanying menu (?)
Second, tried starting a WWII long campaign and am presented with only the 6 primary combatants as starting country. US Army, US Marines, British, Germans, Russians and Japanese.. weren't there supposed to be more selections for the long campaign?
