Request: Planning Map (Full Version)

I know that the game map switched from a JPEG version from WITE to a programmable tile version in WITW, making updating any errors easier. However, it also means we can't stitch together a planning map from the individual JPEGs.

Can we please have a planning map for this game?

(And hopefully, can we please have updates to the planning map when the game updates the map?)

At this point, this would have to be done by someone in the community or one of the volunteer dev members that happen to have the skills to be able to make a planning map. I'm not sure what it would take to make a planning map, but I encourage anyone that can do it to make one (or two, since the Torch area is not the same as the WitW area).

I have, on occasion... made planning maps. However, I haven't seen the point to doing the whole map.

For example, when I am planning an invasion around Netherlands I will make a screenshot of that area and use Onenote to draw on it.

Same with Italy...etc.


For the strat bombing campaign I just use the in-game tools.

Someone postet a planing map about a year before but I can't find it in the old posts. It was a jpeg named planeringskarta.
