Game is now FUBAR....help?

GBS -> Game is now FUBAR....help? (7/25/2016 12:45:44 PM)
In every scenario I try all units, trees, shrubbery etc is surrounded by black. All I have done different is download the new Expanded toolbar mod. I have now deleted it from the mod file but the problem persists.
