Baloogans high contrast mod

Baloogan put out a mod that changed the sea color from blue to black. I cannot find it, does any one know where it is or how can I get it.

You can do this in game now but just disabling the BMNG Layer. Go to View and click on BMNG layer in the drop down so its unchecked. Thanks! Mike
