is there a special date (ex 21/05/1940) or something for when artillery is capable of spotting and firing at enemy artillery, cause in august of 1939 my 150mmers dont fire at these annoying polish 100mmers :( anyway v5 is real cool especially the long campaign that ive been playing for nearly 2 days :) :) "Eendracht maakt macht"

CB proceedures start out pretty poor and increase by year, so starting out there is not much capability to CB. By 45 most country's have some capability, but its more to cause the enemy to "shoot and scoot" being out of action for a few turns.
