Since a sustained assault posture requires less fuel will the potential leftover fuel be spread to other PZs in other army groups?

Hi schmolywar, Nope. What it does do is decrease the amount of fuel you're using enabling your stocks to last longer. The fuel required for a blitzkrieg posture is fuel expended in addition to what you'd normally use. The trade off for the increased fuel consumption is an increased offensive combat bonus and extra AP. Cheers, Cameron
