So, I've considered it and I'm up to the challenge of another full campaign. I'd prefer Axis side, but could play Soviets. Haven't played a mp game in almost a couple years, but Ive kept up with the patches.
I could commit to 2 turns a week, but could likely do more. I have always played PBEM in the past, but again, I could do a server game. Looking for basic ruleset.

-Random Weather
-FOW
-HQ Locked
-Mild Blizzard
-Any takers with no Soviet Bonus? IS the game too pro German without it? I'd entertain either option.

I'm a decent player. Ive won 1 and lost 3 as Axis. Losing being not making May 45 before defeat.

I also like no paradrops or naval invasions. Anyone interested?

My preferred settings are Mild Blizzard and Soviet Attack Bonus because it's fun for both sides. Random or Non-Random weather is up to the Axis player. And no para drops and naval invasions are now pretty much standard rules.

Normal Blizzard without Attack bonus works too. It's less fun though.
