Playing as the WA, when checking the production screen I see the amount of Cargo and Troop ships available in the pool, but I don't see anywhere that they are being produced. So my question is, are any cargo and troop ships ever produced through the course of the game or do you only have the amount you start with for the duration?
In the latest game I am playing I have been taking what I feel is horrendous cargo ship losses each turn. I am talking usually between 25-35 sunk a turn. I have lost around 5 troops ships which sucks too. It is noticeable that my Amphib. TFs repair their damage, but their movement rating stays reduced.
