Good Day Folks,

I seem to be getting this error, every time I go to update the game through the updater. This is the second LIVE scene, that I've had to go through and manually update the GOTY edition before I can install the LIVE Scene, not a huge deal, but it's kinda frustrating.

I've just tested the update feature and I can assure you the issue is not on the server side.
Please check if any of your Internet security programs (or your router firewall) isn't interfering with the game update feature accessing the ftp server.

Alternatively, update the game manually. You can download the update from your member's area.

Yeah I'd check your firewall or security software to see if its blocking it.

Kaspersky is what I use. I'll see if I can figure out how to add an exception for the updater :) Thanks guys
