Stalin too agrees to pass. With a 50% chance for the turn to end, it does on a roll of 2. THe Italians get a partisan unit in French Indo-China. Where would they like to place it, Saigon?

If it has strength 0, place it to jungle 2 hexes east from Bangkok. Otherwise place it to mountains 4 hexes north from Saigon.

The combined US houses approve a motion allowing the shipping of resources to China. The Japanese government responds with a strongly worded diplomatic letter (1 rolled, 1 chit to tension pool). A second motion allows the US to escort convoys in the Easy Coast. Herr Hitler flies into one of his legendary tantrums, ranting about US militarism and sham neutrality (5 rolled, 1 chit to tension pool).
