To my knowledge, no, she will rest where she lays. There has been several minor works done on site to prevent spillage from her oil which has started to leak. It is also illegal to dive on her as she is considered a war cemetary (people still do ofc).
I am not sure how deep she lays, but nah it is not very deep, and dangerous, more or less not at all. Current is not very strong, nor is the tide very extreme, no poisonous thingies (atleast that will not run (swim) from humans), nor thingies with big teeth that snack on people.

Thanks Terje! Myself, being of a very inquisitive nature, I have to ask you the source(s) of your information, thank you for your understanding! [:)]

The Blücher werck is at 64 meters (210 feet) depth and is protected as a war memorial acording to Wikipedia.

This site has some nice photos of the coastal battery and the torpedo cave that sunk the ship:
http://www.admiral-hipper-class.dk/bluecher/miscellaneous/oscarsborg_bluecher_wreck_site_today/oscarsborg_bluecher_wreck_site_today.html

This Youtube video gives some idea as to the condition of the ship wreck:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3YmohwkJhRE
(the wreck is upside down and heavily damaged and rusted on the bottom of the fjord)

P.S.
Another interesting wreck in Norway is that of Georg Thiele in Narvik:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_destroyer_Z2_Georg_Thiele

Parts of this wreck are still visible above the water. Though I believe the bow section has recently collapsed and is almost gone.
