I posted this on the steam forum, then read that it's better to post bug reports here, so here it is again: I played the Boot Camp campaign and found that if you rest paratroopers while they're behind enemy lines (but still in supply), their efficiency falls to zero instead of rising. I also noticed that if a paratrooper unit doesn't move or attack, it doesn't use a supply turn counter. Perhaps the program thinks the unit is out of supply because it didn't use any, hence the efficiency falls.
