Have looked and could not find info on the TOE symbols of "+", "=" etc.

How many are there and what do they mean?

There are many unit sysbols. Don't know how many we use but you will see Armor, infantry, engineer etc. + symbol means the device is in the pool and = means out of production/not in pool....GP

Just found this in the "What's New" file


22. Added on Army screen: show a '+' next to under-strength devices that are in pool, a '=' next to device if upgrade possible from pool.
