Hey guys. Bad Luck, poor timing, just been dumb? And got yourself KO'd from WC03. Still want to play on?
Well, Here's a chance to play against your peers and balance the books. Single knock-out. Same rules but lets try a new twist. Buy in full companies plus one battery or platoon of support units for each 750 points.
i.e. 3000 points means six extra formations, 5000 points means 7 extra formations (rounded off). You may delete and replace units within a company, regiment or squadron (or the like) but you are encouraged to replace them with similar units. You might for instance replace 3in Mortars with 4.2 mortars or HT mounted mortars. You might take out a platoon of riflemen and insert a platoon of engineers. Similarly, a platoon of Shermans can be replaced buy a platoon of TDs. BUT,:( don't replace everything. It defeats the purpose. The extra formations are for Artillery batteries, AA units, transport and scouts.
The idea is to try to keep your formations intact to fight together. This will give you extra rallying and moral boosts. You WILL fight better and have the knowledge that your opponent is doing the same.;) :) ;) There is no sure way to police this so please keep to the spiirt of the event.
