I've noticed that some units don't have the quick turnaround option available (MiG-21bis, some versions on F-4 etc). Is this intentional, if so what is the reasoning?

No not really intentional just didn't have the research available. If you have some data and can send it we'll try and get it in there.

Unfortunately no, I don't have any solid data.

Perhaps you can put some generic data, until someone comes up with something better. [:)] It's a great feature, and it's a pity it can't be used with all the aircraft.
