Turn 20, Leningrad city completely besieged by a couple of months.
The 3 divisions inside are continously loosing men by attrite to the extent that 2 of them have just become "unready" (and so have been merged).
At the same time the manpower recruited in the city goes to increase a useless temporary pool.
I wonder if in the real world Soviets wouldn't have forced new recruits into besieged divisions to stop/slow manpower emorragy.
Would be a useful implementation? what do you think?
