When you light off a scenario in Northern Inferno SOSUS detects several subs and throws huge yellow outlined boxes on the chart to show areas of probability. Is there a way to toggle those boxes on/off?

Yes, you can select a contact, right click and select "Filter out". Only the contact's icon will then remain visible. You can cancel its filtered-out status the same way. Please have a look at the Manual Addendum for the new features added since the original release.
