charlielamb -> Soviet War entry Mobilisation bug (12/1/2016 8:11:22 PM)

Playing the 1939 scenario as Allied.

After the fall of Poland, Germany decided to keep everything and not honour the Molotov-Ribbentrop pact. It did not annex Lithuania.

It is now June 1941 and Germany has just declared war on the Soviet Union but the
Red Army’s Mobilization on Entering the War has not happened.

It says in the scenario guide :-

'When the USSR joins the Allies, much of her armed forces will automatically deploy along the western frontier'

(I have seen this event/script fire correctly in exactly the same circumstances in a prior playthrough although during that one the
USSR was set as AI and I only played the UK and USA so aware of how this should play out.)

It happened first last night, so this evening I went back to a save before it happened and it did exactly the same thing.
Germany launches Barbarossa and the Soviet union does not mobilise the Red army units that it should, its easily repeatable from the save.

The USSR has little chance without those 24 units, much will get destroyed but there are leaders, planes, tanks and mechanized that are pretty critical.
(if it can happen also when playing as Axis, it may go some way to explain why some are finding it too easy ?)

I will keep the save and can forward if its useful ?
