The PDF contains their assessment of Russian current (and near future) capabilities for 3 main missions, operational-strategic joint inter-service combat operations (JISCOs), stand-off warfare and strategic deterrence.
Includes Land, Naval, Air and Nuclear forces.

Very interesting analysis, especially the part with opinion polls.

Here is another document for the CMANO collection, world air forces 2016. I also have the 2014 version if anyone is interested.
