can't create a game

In anticipation of all these people still willing to play a game, as advised by my good friend Eric, I tried creating a server game. Alas.... I get the error message : Create challenge failure (error 99) It seems that if i try to create a passwordfree challenge, I can, but as soon as I try to create a password, I think I get this message
