Green button disappeared when the game started the subphase called Vichy units placement during the turn when Vichy France was created (in fact there isnīt any unit to place). [:@] Version 2.2.5 , changing the version to 2.2.8 doesnīt fix that problem.

Is there the possibility to get a gamesave for this one? The autosave from the conquest phase will do the trick here.

I have fixed it doing an instrumental land combat in order to shatter one french land unit, after that we may continue normally because the unit has arrived as a reinforcement at the end of the turn.

Apparently shattering the unit avoided the problem. What was the result that caused the problem?

There wasnīt any Vichy unit to deploy , that was the trigger of the problem.
