saber255 -> supply question please (12/20/2016 1:00:29 PM)

I don't understand if my unit is in full supply or not. 1.unit shows strength 5/10 and supply 2 2
and that's grayed out .but another shows strength 5 and supply 5 and that's also grayed out.
so my question is the numbers on the unit card show supply numbers what does it mean.and are they always grayed
out.Hope someone can explains this hole thing to me .I am so lost with this .I really am a Noob lo

I'm not sure about the greyed out part. I think if you fall below like 50% of a full value, then it goes grey.

Supply Levels range from 0 to 12. 12 is 'full', I guess.

See this thread for a little help, if you haven't seen it already:

thank you for that .It help a lot .But my question is how do I find out how much supply
a unit needs .If a unit is at 7 strength does that mean it needs 7 supply?

Hi saber1

The supply level is a factor in determining the state of a unit, its ability to reinforce, move and the effectiveness of its attacks.

Essentially, the higher its supply level, the better. The same with strength as both are very important.

Don't let units fall under -say- 7 strength: if their strength falls too low, it will take several turns to get their readiness back up.
And always have your attack units (army, tank, bomber, mechanised and if possible fighter) under a HQ. It is better to have less troops with enough HQs then more troops: the HQ is extremely important for their readiness too!
