I am playing H2HRoad to Wiltz with my brother pbem. He is the American side and is complaining he can't move some of his units. I don't want to start it as the Americans and check it out for him because we like playing these scenarios 'fresh'. Anybody know about this peculiarity? Design or bug?

Yep...design..when converted from 7.1 some American units where not assigned to player #2
