Supplying Units on Guernsey and Jersey

Im having issues trying to airsupply the above. I have moved transport planes within range, but I cant get them to supply the units? I have 3 Squadrons of JU52's in Caen. I press F9 and then right click or shift right click on the isolated units, but nothing happens? Have been trying for 5 game turns

Make sure you have clicked F9 twice and it shows AIR TRANSPORT Freight on the top bar (not Unit).
