Buck Beach -> Error: Unable to find PW Data (1/10/2017 1:00:39 AM)

First downloaded and ran Beta patch 26. Got the Beta 2 folder with the exe and pwdll and pwdll7 files. Copied and pasted the exe and pwdll file in to game folder (the one with the original (or updated)exe. Did not include the pwdll7 file. Renamed the old files as backups. I get the subject Error message when I try to run the new exe.
I have no idea what I am doing wrong.
I guess if you search long enough you will find the error of your ways. I found this thread: http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tm.asp?m=3651026. I did in fact have the incorrect "Start in" file.
