I have seen this a few times, not sure if it is a bug or if it's how its suppose to be.
Playing as axis I have seen the British navy go into ports that should be in axis hands.
It has happened in both Greece and Transjordan after they surrendered. In Greece a ship used
the port city west of Athens after Athens was taken but no land unit had been in that city
yet. Same thing in Transjordan, a brit sub entered the red sea port after they had
surrendered. My land unit then entered the city and attacked and killed the sub, so I
guess that's okay. [8|]
