Meanwhile the Doone household had a wee plumbing problem. Mrs. O'Gorna-Doone, I'll call her Esmeraldella for the time bein', she called a plumber who'd managed to avoid the draft, didn' go to war with the Yan Ki and was equally proficient at layin' pipe as he was with fixin' 'em. She proceeded to have a lot o' problems with her pipes, and required much fixin', to say the least. At some point the plumber, I'll call him Scalamander, he needed a break and sent her the following missive:

From loo to roo
and down the sewer drain
