taffjones -> Russian troops not deploying on DoW (1/21/2017 4:03:42 PM) I am playing my 2nd game as the Allies. In both games the Russian troops have failed to deploy when Germany have Declared War. I originally posted this in the main forum and Malor suggested it may be a missing capitol Bug. Is there a way for me to fix this? Thanks Mike
