Where? I see weapons block in dropdown menu but dont see "sensors" block.

I think that "signatures" means signatures of currently selected unit, not its target. So i think there is some other way to see sensors capabilities in game.

I guess you're asking if it is possible by looking at the stats of a Radar system how good it is in detecting objects. And how it compares with other radar systems.
As far as I know the only info you get about the (technical) quality of the radar is the era from which it stems. But I on't know whether how an US radar from "early 1980s technology" compares to a USSR system from that period or to a system from the 1990s. I don't think there is a list or something like that where you cab fins a comparison.
