bcg -> Decision Event Suggestions and research improvements (2/5/2017 1:10:47 AM)

I love the decision events, they make the game more fun. I have suggestions on 3 decision events. 1. After France falls, let Britain decide if they want to attack the Vichy navy. If they do, there is a 25% chance that Vichy France enters on the German side. If they don't there is a 25% chance that the Germans take over the navy. 2. If the British take the Irish ports, there is a 25% chance that the IRA provides intelligence on their ports to the Germans. The Allies are blind to if the IRA is acting or not.. 3. The British sent the SAS to help the resistance during the war. Let the British pay 200 MPPs per country that is occupied by the Germans to help the resistance. The odds increase the chances of partisan sabotage occurring. Again, this should be done on a country by country level. Another suggestion I have is on the research. Many people complain that the research is happening too fast. Depending on the country have the speed of the research slower or faster for each choice. For example the Germans had much superior tanks and anti-tanks then the British. Thus is the Germans invest in those 2, they will be achieve much faster than the British. On the other hand the British anti-sub and intelligence was much better than the Germans, and their research would be faster in those areas. Right now the Italian research seems to be faster than the German. If a country was extremely weak in a research area, you might not allow that country to have a research break through.
