dave68124 -> Target out of CA bug seems to be back (2/16/2017 8:24:45 PM) I thought this got fixed on a previous patch, but just locked up the game again. It won't let me attach the save file. If you want it, reach out and I can email it over. A little frustrating.

Within 5 minutes of the post, I had a PM and email with the game file sent back. Well done guys.
